Rules

Games will be 10v10 and played by standard NFHS Lacrosse Rules.
Games will be running time, 22 minute halves. Clock will stop for time outs
and last 2 minutes of games with a 2 goal differential or less.
Face-offs to start each half and after every goal until there is a 4 goal
difference.
Two officials will be provided for every game by the Southern Lacrosse
Officials Association. (SLOA website)
Coaches will be provided by the league. See "Our Staff" for coaches'
backgrounds.
Balls will be provided by the league.
Required equipment: stick, helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads,
and mouth guard.
Goalie equipment: stick, helmet, gloves, chest protector, throat protector,
cup, and mouth guard.
League does NOT provide any equipment.
League Director reserves the right to remove any player from a game or a
team for the remainder of the season should it be determined the player
is endangering other players.
